Blueberry Naturals Omega 3-6-9 soft gels are made of Fish, Flax and Borage Oils, a balanced blend of Omega-3, Omega-6, and Omega-9 Fatty acids which are important healthy dietary fats. They support Cardiovascular, Joint, Brain and Eye health and is effective in promoting healthy Skin and optimal health.
Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids are used for reducing the risk of heart disease. These fatty acids help in lowering total cholesterol levels, lowering “bad” (LDL) cholesterol levels, raising “good” (HDL) cholesterol levels, and reducing cancer risk.
Both the flax and the borage seed oils are 100% cold expeller pressed and hexane-free.

- Omega 3,6,9 Complete EFA is a mixture of borage seed, flaxseed, and fish oils to provide the benefits of the essential fatty and oleic acids.
- Flaxseed oil provides alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which is an essential omega-3 fat that cannot be made by the body. ALA has been shown to support healthy cardiovascular and encourages normal, healthy cell growth.
- GLA from borage seed oil helps support healthy skin, immune function, and a normal, healthy inflammatory response.
- Fish oil provides omega-3 fatty acids EPA/DHA. Both of these fats help support healthy cardiovascular function, healthy triglyceride levels, structural and functional support for the nervous system, and support for a normal, healthy inflammatory response. DHA helps support healthy retinal structure/function contributing to healthy vision.

How To Take
For adults, take one to three soft gels daily with meals. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you are taking with your physician.
