Description
- Provides 500mg of essential, free-form amino acid in each vegetarian, gluten-free tablet.
- L-Lysine is essential for normal, healthy collagen cross-linking which helps support the overall structure of collagen-containing structures such as skin, blood vessels, cartilage, tendons, etc.
- Important for the synthesis of carnitine. Carnitine is essential for the transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria of the cell where they are oxidized for energy (ATP).
- Particularly important for vegetarians & vegans who may be lacking in dietary sources of lysine.
How To Take
For adults, take one tablet daily with meals. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you are taking with your physician.
